Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling is available for the very first leg of the last-16 Champions League tie off.
Sterling had been out for three months with a hamstring injury and midfielder David Silva may also play in the Bernabeu after a knee difficulty.
Winger Leroy Sane is unavailable as he recovers from a knee issue.
Real forward Eden Hazard, that left Chelsea in June, would miss the rest of the year.
“Raheem is healthy, his natural bodily state and regeneration is wonderful,” said Guardiola.
“He told us that he could play at West Ham and Leicester but the doctors said be careful as muscular accidents take three months. After 15 times that he wanted to playwith. He is fit, he’s prepared”
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has challenged his players to”fight till the end” and gain their first-ever Champions League victory over Real, a side who have won the tournament in four of the past six seasons.

“But if you wish to do that [win the name ] you must face these teams earlier or later. You have to beat Madrid, you have to conquer Barcelona, you have to beat against Bayern Munich. You need to beat the large teams.
“If we are able to do it we’ll be so content. If not next season… well, next season I do not know but if we have the ability to play we are going to return.”
